Getting to the start line is really easy. As football fans most of you will be familiar with Walton Hall Park on Walton Hall Lane. The start area is on the main field behind the sports centre and there are two car parks for use on the day.

If you are heading out of town toward the East Lancs Road the park is on your left hand side just after crossing Queens Drive. Access to the first car park is approximately 300 yards on your left.

Heading toward the city the park is on your right hand side with access to car parking just after you pass underneath the railway bridge.
